Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage payment posting, reconciliation, and follow-up with insurance companies to ensure timely payments.
- Oversee RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes, including claims submission, denial management, and patient billing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to medical billing, coding, and customer service.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle process.
Job Requirements :
- 9-12 years of experience in US Healthcare industry with expertise in payment posting, RCM, or similar roles.
- Robust knowledge of medical billing regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) systems such as Epic Systems or Cerner.
