Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to oversee hiring operations and drive core delivery for our Bengaluru location. Designed for a seasoned talent qualified with 9 to 14 years of experience, this role focuses on hands-on staffing, swift candidate pipeline execution, and robust stakeholder engagement. You will take complete ownership of closing business-critical positions, streamlining recruitment workflows, and maintaining tight Turnaround Times (TAT) across mid-to-senior level roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Experience: 9 to 14 years of hands-on recruitment/staffing experience in dynamic corporate or agency environments
- End-to-End Staffing Execution: Drive full-lifecycle recruitment for mid-level, senior, and niche technical/business roles, ensuring consistent and predictable volume delivery.
- Stakeholder Management:



Build strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers and department leaders; actively consult on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
- TAT & Metric Optimization: Drive daily recruiting operations to consistently meet or beat key SLAsfocusing heavily on minimizing Turnaround Time (TAT), reducing Time-to-Hire, and improving offer conversion rates.
- Sourcing & Channel Strategy: Leverage direct sourcing techniques, professional networks, job boards, and partner agencies to maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Candidate Experience & Closing: Manage negotiations, offer rollouts, and post-offer engagement strategies to reduce drop-outs and secure top talent.
- Process Adherence & Tracking: Ensure strict alignment with recruitment processes, compliance, and real-time updates in ATS/tracking systems
