Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves overseeing daily operations within the assigned business unit, ensuring smooth coordination among pharmacy, diagnostics, and wellness functions.

The Assistant

Manager monitors performance metrics, supports process improvements, and helps implement standard operating procedures to maintain service quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing schedules, resolving operational issues, and supporting training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Operational management skills, including team supervision, workflow coordination, and performance monitoring.

- Ability to analyze data, track key metrics, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Comfort with digital tools, platforms, and basic MS Office applications for reporting and documentation.
- Robust organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; experience in pharmacy, diagnostics, or wellness sectors is an advantage.
