Experience: 9 -12 Years

Education Qualifications: -

MBA - HR or Any equivalent degree related to HR.

- Prepare Manpower require organogram with approval of management.
- Developandimplementeffectivesou rcingstrategiestoattracttop talent.
- Collaboratewithhiringmanagersto understandtheirstaffingneedsandc reatejob descriptions.
- Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,



interviewing, and referencechecks through HRMS.
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various roles within the industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate and present job offers to be selected candidates.
- Preparation of Notes for approval from Management.
- Maintaining track of joining of offered candidates & continuous follow up with candidates.
- Employee MIS preparation as per Management requirements
- Interfacing with management & HOD for implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core objective.
- Carrying out induction / orientation program to the recent recruits.
- Joining & exit formalities, documentation process, updating all new staff details in HRMS.
- Developing channel partners, vendor management, conducting campus recruitment and attain Job fairs.
- Ensuring adherence to the Statutory Compliance with respect to the business
