Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end outbound operations: picking, packing, order verification and shipment handover
- Achieve daily dispatch targets and ensure strict SLA adherence
- Track productivity, efficiency and accuracy of outbound teams
- Plan manpower, manage rosters and run shift operations
- Drive continuous improvement through 5S, Kaizen, productivity enhancement and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, inventory controls and safety standards
- Coordinate with Inventory/Inbound teams and transport/logistics partners
- Analyze operational MIS and prepare daily and weekly performance reports
- Handle escalations related to delayed orders, shortages and operational issues
- Train, coach and mentor team leaders and warehouse associates
- Maintain discipline, attendance and performance tracking across the team
