Position: Interior Designer

Job Summary

OMAD Architects is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetic, and innovative interior spaces. The role involves working closely with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and execution process.

Key Responsibilities
Develop interior concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes.
Prepare detailed drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, and construction details.
Create 3D models and realistic renders for design presentations.
Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Visit project sites and monitor design implementation.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and other project documentation.
Incorporate client requirements while maintaining design quality and project standards.
Ensure designs are practical, functional,



and compliant with project requirements.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D/visualization software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, Lumion, or similar.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior construction.
Positive understanding of drawings and site execution.
Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Relevant experience in an architectural/interior design firm is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
