Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the engineering industry.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Building & Electrical Maintenance.
Utility Operation & Maintenance.
Handling and monitoring of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) operations.
Experience in managing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and warranty-related activities.
Vendor coordination and follow-up.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office applications.
Maintenance planning, documentation, and record keeping.
Job Type: Full time Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
