Key responsibilities
Handle Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
Sell international flight tickets, hotels, holiday packages and other travel products.
Handle inbound leads generated through Google PPC, Meta Ads, SEO and website enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable itineraries.
Make reservations using Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre or other GDS platforms.
Follow up with leads and abandoned enquiries.
Upsell baggage, seats, hotels, insurance and other travel services.
Meet monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets.
Handle changes, cancellations and post-booking customer support.

Typical requirements
Italian: B2/C1 or fluent
Positive English communication
1–3+ years of international travel-sales experience
GDS knowledge preferred
Robust telephone-sales and negotiation skills
Willingness to work according to Italian/European customer time zones

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
