Job Summary:

Collective Coworks is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to manage and maintain IT infrastructure within our coworking space. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware, networking, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless connectivity and support for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support for coworking space operations
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, systems, and networks
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Manage and maintain Wi-Fi networks and routing systems
Configure and monitor firewall and network security systems
Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity for clients and internal teams
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service-related requirements
Maintain IT documentation and asset records
Provide prompt technical assistance to clients and staff

Required Skills & Competencies:




Robust knowledge of hardware and networking concepts
Experience in troubleshooting systems and network issues
Familiarity with firewall configuration and Wi-Fi routing
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with a “go-getter” attitude
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Educational Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related field

Experience:
1–3 years of relevant IT support experience preferred (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply)

Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
