IT Technician

Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (documented/on paper)

Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
Set up and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other networking devices.
Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus software, and drivers.
Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and basic security checks.
Maintain records of IT assets, equipment, and technical issues.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers when required.




Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant IT Technician/Desktop Support experience on paper.
Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, routers, and switches.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple technical issues and provide timely support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
