Requirements
Any Degree / Diploma
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CRM & Tele Calling
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM and customer data management
Ability to communicate with customers and handle follow-ups effectively
Female candidates are preferred

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Follow up with customers and leads
Handle customer inquiries and requests
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM
Explain products and services to customers
Coordinate with the sales team when required
Maintain call records and customer feedback
