Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in electrical training or a related role.
Solid knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
Experience with hands-on, practical training approaches.
Certifications in training or education development are a plus.
