Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skillset and practical test) Experience: 3 to 7+ years in manufacturing, steel-allied, or refractory plants
Education: ITI in Fitter Trade (NCVT / SCVT) Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance: Complete routine, preventive, and emergency breakdown maintenance of crushers, mixers, blenders, and conveyor belt systems.
Hydraulics & Pneumatics: Independently troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic valves, bearings, shafts.
Fabrication: Handle structural fabrication,
heavy plant modifications, ARC welding, and gas cutting.
Precision Fitting: Read mechanical drawings, replace industrial gearboxes, swap heavy bearings, and execute shaft alignments.
Candidate Requirements Must be an all-rounder capable of handling heavy breakdown repairs independently without constant supervision. Robust focus on plant safety protocols and quick response times.
