Position: ITI Fitter Apprentice

Location: Taloja

Eligibility: ITI Fitter Freshers

Stipend: 15,000 per month

Tenure- On contract 1 year

Role & responsibilities To provide ITI fitter Apprentices with hands on industrial exposure, enabling them to bridge the gap between technical education and real-world workplace requirements.

Key Learning and Responsibilities ( Mechanical Fitter):
Learn and support basic mechanical maintenance activities.
Assist in assembly, dismantling and fitting of mechanical components.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
Use hand tools and measuring instruments under supervision.
Supporting onboarding and exit formalities of contractual employees.
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Learn basic trouble shooting of mechanical equipments.
Maintain Safety at high standards and workplace cleanliness
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and work instructions.
Maintain basic maintenance records and checklists.
Work closely with experienced technicians and maintenance engineers.
