Install, assemble, dismantle, and service mechanical machines and equipment.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
Identify mechanical faults and troubleshoot machines to minimize production downtime.
Inspect machine components such as bearings, shafts, gears, chains, belts, couplings, rollers, pumps, valves, and pneumatic components.
Perform fitting, alignment, adjustment, lubrication, and replacement of mechanical parts.
Attend breakdown calls from the production department and restore machines safely and quickly.
Conduct routine inspection of machines and identify potential mechanical problems.
Support installation and commissioning of current machinery and equipment.
Read and understand basic mechanical drawings, machine manuals, and assembly drawings.
Carry out fabrication, drilling, grinding, cutting, and basic fitting work whenever required.




Maintain proper records of breakdowns, repairs, spare parts used, and preventive maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth machine operation.
Check and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems used in production equipment.
Assist senior engineers in machine modification, improvement, and maintenance projects.
Ensure proper use and storage of tools, equipment, and maintenance spares.
Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and maintenance work instructions.
Maintain positive housekeeping around the maintenance and production areas.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
