About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Junior HR Executive to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, and compliance activities specifically tailored to US Staffing operations.

If you have a solid understanding of US Work Authorizations (OPT, CPT, H-1B, Green Card, GC-EAD, etc.), hands-on experience in drafting formal HR correspondence, and a passion for managing talent operations, we would love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:
US Compliance & Work Authorizations:
Verify candidate work authorization status (OPT/CPT, H-1B, TN, E-3, Green Card, US Citizen, L2-EAD, H4-EAD) and ensure compliance with US immigration regulations.
Assist with tracking visa expiration dates, STEM extension timelines, and status changes.
Collect, verify, and archive I-9 forms and right-to-work documentation.
Documentation & HR Operations:
Draft and issue official HR documents, including Offer Letters, Employment Agreements, Client Assignment Letters, Experience Letters, and Verification Letters.
Maintain and update digital employee files, trackers.




Assist in generating monthly/quarterly HR reports and documentation for audits.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
Conduct HR orientation sessions to introduce company policies, benefits, and tools to current recruits.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles within the US Staffing industry.
Immigration & Compliance Knowledge: Clear understanding of US visas (H-1B, OPT/CPT, STEM OPT, Green Card) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (essential for drafting legal/HR letters and interacting with US teams).
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Flexibility: Willingness to work in US shift hours / Night shifts to align with US team operations.
