We are looking for a strong technical qualified who can design scalable Java solutions, lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and drive technical excellence across projects. Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Java developers
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications
Drive technical architecture and solution design
Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices
Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues
Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams
Participate in technical discussions, planning, and estimations
Ensure project delivery, code quality, security, and performance
Support team members with technical guidance and problem-solving
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements




8+ years of professional experience in Java development
Strong expertise in Core Java
Hands-on experience with Java 8+
Strong experience with Spring Boot Spring Framework
Excellent understanding of REST APIs Microservices
Solid knowledge of Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and JVM concepts
Valuable experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience with Kafka / Redis is an advantage
Understanding of Spring Security and authentication/authorization
Strong experience with Git and Agile development
Proven team handling and mentoring experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar is an added advantage
