TechOps & System Administration:
Basic Linux/Unix system administration (e.g., log inspection, service restarts, file permissions)
User and access management (LDAP/AD integration experience is a plus)
Shell scripting or automation scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
Experience working with Atlassian tools in a self-hosted or Data Center workplace
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) for Jira uptime and performance

Backup, recovery, and configuration export/import in Jira
Understanding of change/release processes, ITIL concepts

Preferred Skills
