Key Responsibilities
Handle candidates visiting the office and candidates contacting us through calls.
Understand candidates' qualifications, experience, and career requirements.
Explain available job prospects, job descriptions, eligibility, salary, and other relevant details.
Provide proper job and career counseling.
Convert interested candidates into registrations.
Follow up with candidates and maintain valuable communication.
Coordinate with the recruitment team.
Eligibility
Previous experience in job consultancy, recruitment, or job counseling is required.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Ability to explain job opportunities clearly.
Telugu & English communication skills preferred.
Only experienced candidates are eligible.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
