Key Responsibilities:
Support daily retail operations and assist with routine store activities.
Assist in sales forecasting, inventory tracking, and preparation of retail performance reports.
Maintain, update, and analyse Excel reports related to sales, inventory, and store performance.
Support Shopify operations and assist with maintaining accurate retail data.
Coordinate with Store Managers and internal teams for smooth execution of retail activities.
Support inventory planning and monitor stock movement across retail stores.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or related industries.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel with valuable analytical and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory tracking, and inventory planning.
Basic knowledge of Shopify is preferred.
Good understanding of retail operations with strong communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
