We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician for our Hospital.

Qualification - DMLT, B.Sc. MLT/ BMLT, or related field

Experience - 1 Year or above

Job Role and Responsibilities-
Perform routine clinical laboratory tests and examinations across different laboratory sections.
Collect, receive, label, process, and assess patient specimens for testing.
Enter, verify, and report test results accurately in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Follow standard laboratory procedures for specimen handling, testing, and reporting.
Perform quality control, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.
Maintain accurate patient records, laboratory reports, and documentation.
Identify and report unsuitable specimens, equipment issues, and QC deviations to the supervisor.
Support laboratory quality improvement activities and maintain compliance with NABH quality standards.
Assist senior/lead medical technologists with laboratory operations and administrative duties.
