We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist / Lab Technician to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples from patients, processing laboratory specimens, and ensuring accurate documentation while adhering to safety standards and NABL / CAP guidelines. The ideal candidate possesses excellent venipuncture skills, attention to detail, and a patient-first attitude.
Perform secure and accurate venipuncture and capillary punctures on patients of all age groups.
Verify patient identification and accurately label all clinical specimens according to laboratory protocols.
Prepare, process, centrifuge, and store blood and fluid samples for chemical or hematological analysis.
[Optional for field roles] Conduct home sample collection visits, managing daily schedules, and securely transporting specimens back to the hub.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked phlebotomy workstation or laboratory space.
Run routine biochemistry and hematology tests on laboratory equipment and log data precisely into the EMR/LIS system.
Adhere strictly to infection control, biohazard disposal, and patient safety protocols.
