Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Hospitality Segment to develop business and manage key accounts across the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality projects.
Identify upcoming hospitality projects and generate project leads.
Build relationships with hotel groups, architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and procurement teams.
Manage key accounts and develop long-term client relationships.
Drive project and specification sales from enquiry to order closure.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
Prepare quotations and proposals and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch, installation, and after-sales support.




Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong project pipeline.
Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming hospitality projects.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
Experience in Hospitality, Building Materials, Construction, Architectural, or Interior Products preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of project sales and client management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
