Land Acquisition –
Identify and acquire suitable land parcels for real estate development.
Handle landowner negotiations, documentation, due diligence, and agreements.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for smooth acquisition.
Conduct market research and evaluate land feasibility, title, and potential.
Build and maintain solid relationships with landowners, brokers, and stakeholders.
Ensure acquisitions are completed within timelines and commercial targets.
Experience: 5–10 years in Land Acquisition / Real Estate.
Solid negotiation, communication, and networking skills required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
