Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage R&D; projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of current products.
- Oversee GDC (Gravity Die Casting) process development, including tool design, mold maintenance, and quality control.
- Coordinate with shop floor teams for manpower handling and ensure smooth execution of NPD (New Product Development) activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source high-quality raw materials for casting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in R&D; Operations or similar role in the auto components industry.
- B.Tech degree in Computers or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of GDC (Gravity Die Casting), casting processes, and manufacturing operations.
