Sr No Responsibilities

1 Manage New Product Development (NPD) activities from project kickoff to SOP.

2 Develop and finalize vendors for current components and ongoing projects.

3 Coordinate tooling development, tool trials, and process validation activities.

4 Handle supplier development activities including audits and capability evaluation.

5 Coordinate welding, fabrication, machining, and manufacturing process development.

6 Ensure timely sourcing and procurement support for development parts.

7 Work closely with Design, Quality, Production, and SCM teams for project execution.

8 Monitor APQP, PPAP, and project milestone activities with suppliers.

9 Drive cost reduction, localization, and supplier performance improvement initiatives.

10 Ensure on-time development and delivery as per customer and project requirements.
