Role- Assitant Manager Human resource

Experience- 5 to 8 Years of Experience ( Preferred Broking/ BFSI)

1st & 3rd Sat Off, Sunday- Fixed Off ( 10 AM to 7 PM IST)

Roles & Responsibility

- Talent Acquisition (80 Member Team, hardly any attrition)
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- HR Operations (HR Policies, POSH, R & R, Diwali Gifting, MIS Reporting)
- Payroll Processing ( 200 Employees) including Filing chalans (PF, ESIC, LWF)




- Performance Management ( Biannual & annual- Balanced Score Card)
- Employee Engagement (Birthday & Festive celebration, Annual Picnic)
- Admin Responsibility (House Keeping, Stationery, Fire drills, Client & customer)
- Vendor Management
- HRIS (Spine)
- Stakeholder Management

The HR would single handedly handle all the functions of HR And admin and would directly report to the CEO of the company. Team Size- Front office/Admin/ Office Boy (3)
