Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT talent acquisition, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify top talent to fill open positions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria for technical roles.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the recruitment process and improve time-to-hire.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in HRBP or similar role with expertise in recruitment/talent acquisition.

- Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical roles through various channels (e.g., social media, skilled networks).

- Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and best practices in recruiting/staffing.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal customers (hiring managers) as well as external partners (candidates).
