ASSISTANT MANAGER – ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL? Location: Athimarathuvalasu, Rajampatti, Palani

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Electrical & Mechanical to manage and maintain electrical, mechanical and utility systems in our poultry processing facility.

Key Responsibilities• Plan and supervise preventive & breakdown maintenance

- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment
- Maintain motors, panels, MCCs, pumps, compressors, conveyors, refrigeration and plant utilities
- Ensure minimum equipment downtime and smooth production operations
- Lead and manage maintenance technicians
- Coordinate with Production and other departments
- Manage vendors, service engineers and maintenance activities
- Ensure electrical, mechanical and workplace safety compliance




- Maintain maintenance records and support plant improvement projects
- Monitor energy efficiency and implement improvement measures

Qualification & Skills• B.E./B.Tech / Diploma / DEE – Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering

- 5–10 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical maintenance
- Experience in food processing / poultry / manufacturing industry preferred
- Good troubleshooting, team leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of industrial safety and statutory compliance
- Basic MS Office knowledge
