? Hiring: Assistant Manager – Electrical Maintenance

Role:

Looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance professional to handle plant electrical maintenance, machine uptime and utilities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance

• Maintenance of HT/LT, MCC, PCC, Transformers, Motors, VFDs & Servo Drives

• Troubleshooting of PLC, Sensors, Control Systems & Automation

• Maintenance of DG, Compressors, HVAC, Pumps & Utilities

• Monitor MTBF, MTTR, Machine Availability & PM Compliance

- RCA, CAPA, TPM, Kaizen & continuous improvement

• Electrical safety, PTW & LOTO compliance





- Manage vendors, contractors, AMC & critical spares
- Lead the Electrical Maintenance team and coordinate with Production, Quality & EHS

Must Have:

✅ Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

✅ Robust hands-on Industrial Electrical Maintenance experience

✅ Manufacturing experience; Automotive / Auto-Component preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, PLC, VFD, motors & plant utilities

✅ Good troubleshooting & team-management skills
