Role & responsibilities The Derivatives Assistant Manager is responsible for the secure, efficient, and cost-effective production of starch derivatives such as Liquid Glucose, and Maltodextrin. The role includes managing production operations, quality, process optimisation, manpower, utilities consumption, maintenance coordination, and achieving production targets while ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
812 years of experience in starch processing or starch derivatives manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of enzymatic conversion, evaporation, hydrogenation, drying, and food quality systems.
