Role purpose and primary objective

Act as second-in-command for daily coordination, MIS and follow-through, and provide operational backup when the Manager is absent.

Key responsibilities and measures

Responsibility

Maintain daily action, pending, exception and escalation registers across functions.

Coordinate staff, customer, vendor, project and management follow-ups.

Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly MIS from reconciled source systems.

Run routine review meetings and record decisions, owners and due dates.

Back up the Manager using the same SOPs, access rules and handover checklist.

Support approved AI tools for summaries and tracking; verify outputs before use.
