Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role typically involves supporting project planning and execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
The Assistant
Manager may assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients, while helping ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This position also includes day-to-day problem-solving, tracking project progress,
and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Manager is expected to collaborate closely with senior management, contractors, and vendors to maintain smooth project operations and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong project coordination and management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring deliverables.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Understanding of construction or infrastructure project processes, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in a rapid-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and solve operational issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in an assistant manager or supervisory role in construction, EPC, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Comfort using project management tools and standard office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
