We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – IT to support day-to-day IT operations in a BPO/Call Centre environment.

The candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, network, servers, endpoint security, telecom/CTI systems, IT support, vendors, and branch IT operations. The candidate will also act as a primary IT point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders for IT-related matters.

Key Technical Skills Required:

- VPN / IPSec / SSL VPN
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- CTI / Dialer / Asterisk
- SonicWall / FortiGate Firewall
- LAN / WAN / VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Server and Desktop Support
- Endpoint Security / Antivirus / DLP
- SIP / PRI / VoIP
- IT Infrastructure & Network Troubleshooting

Experience & Other Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a BPO / Call Center environment.
- Good client management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle client calls, meetings and technical discussions.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and RCA skills.
