Role & responsibilities
- Oversee Talent Acquisition activities, team performance, hiring timelines, and recruitment requirements.
- Partner with management and stakeholders on HR requirements, employee matters, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead L&D; initiatives, including training needs assessment, program coordination, feedback, and effectiveness tracking.
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations, employee lifecycle processes, documentation, policies, and HR queries.
- Coordinate HR team activities, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution of HR processes.
- Prepare and present HR, TA, L&D;, and employee-related reports and insights to management.
- Identify HR process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure effective coordination across TA, L&D;, HR Operations, employees, managers, and management.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, compliance, and communication.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience across Talent Acquisition, L&D;, and HR Operations.
- Experience in managing or coordinating HR teams/functions.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in L&D;, training coordination, and employee development.
- Strong understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS/HR tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High ownership, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
