Job Purpose The AGM Manufacturing is responsible for leading and managing the overall manufacturing operations of the unit to achieve business objectives related to productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role will drive operational excellence through effective utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and resources while implementing Lean Manufacturing practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage overall manufacturing and operations functions of the Unit• Oversee production, planning, quality, maintenance, stores, dispatch, and assembly operations.

- Ensure achievement of production targets, delivery schedules, and customer commitments.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.
- Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, waste elimination, and profitability enhancement initiatives.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and operational excellence programs.
- Monitor machine utilization, OEE, capacity planning, and production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and quality standards.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and support internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
- Develop, mentor, and build high-performing production and operations teams.
- Establish KPIs and review operational performance regularly.
- Drive continuous improvement projects across manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support management in strategic planning, budgeting, and business growth initiatives.
