Job Title: Assistant / Deputy Manager – Sales OE

Location : Bangalore, India

Language: Proficiency in at least one South Indian language is mandatory.

Reports to: Industry Leader

Core Responsibilities

- Handle business for Cement and Associated Industry Segment in Southern Region (End Users & OEMs).
- Proactive business generation / development through site visits and discussions with end users / plants for the equipment and applications handled by Company Group.
- Achieve sales targets of the division year on year.
- Work with consultants and end users to establish preferences for company Group equipment.
- Meet agreed targets on OI and gross margin on a sustainable basis.
- Build and ensure solid customer relationships.
- Coordinate with proposal, engineering, project,



operations and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction from pre-inquiry stage to post-commissioning, including payment collection and problem resolution.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech, preferably Mechanical. Alternatively, Instrumentation / Electrical / Chemical.
- 8–14 years of experience in handling Cement Plants / Customers.
- Preferably from companies handling business related to Cement and related Process Industries.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Confident, dynamic and willing to learn.
