Job Purpose To support branch growth by sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding quality Insurance Advisors and agency manpower, ensuring the branch achieves its recruitment and activation targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advisor Recruitment & Sourcing

- Identify and recruit potential Insurance Advisors through field sourcing, references, job portals, social media, and local networking.

- Build a robust pipeline of prospective advisors.

- Conduct initial screening and profiling of candidates.

- Drive recruitment campaigns and sourcing activities in the local market.

1. Agency Development

- Assist in onboarding newly recruited advisors.

- Ensure completion of licensing, documentation, and compliance requirements.

- Support advisor activation and early productivity.

- Coordinate induction and training programs.

1. Team Building

- Support Branch Manager in manpower planning and recruitment.





- Help identify potential candidates for RDM/Sales Manager positions.

- Maintain recruitment tracker and sourcing MIS.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with HR, Training, Operations, and Sales teams for smooth onboarding.

- Build relationships with local institutions, referral partners, and recruitment sources.

1. Business Support

- Support branch in achieving advisor activation and productivity goals.

- Track recruitment funnel metrics such as sourcing, interviews, selection, joining, and activation.

- Monitor advisor retention during the initial months.

1. Compliance & Process Adherence

- Ensure adherence to IRDAI and company guidelines.

- Maintain complete recruitment documentation and audit readiness.

- Follow sourcing quality parameters and hiring policies.
