We're not offering you a comfortable job.

We're offering you a launchpad.

The salary is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000. We're not going to pretend that's the reason you should apply.

Here's the actual reason

You'll be working directly with a founder. No manager above you filtering what you learn. No corporate ladder slowing you down. No pointless tasks that go nowhere.

From Week 1, you'll be:

→ Talking to real leads and converting them

→ Managing WhatsApp pipelines that drive actual revenue

→ Running social media for a brand with real reach

→ Sitting inside a high-output business and watching how it works

Most 21-year-olds spend 2 years in a job learning nothing.

You'll learn more here in 6 months than most people do in 3 years.

And the incentives are real. If you perform, you earn more. Simple.

✦ Shows up every day like it counts — because here, it does

Degree? Don't care.

Experience? Don't care.
