Doctor Seeds Pvt. Ltd., a growing seed and agriculture company, is looking for a responsible and detail oriented qualified to manage day-to-day accounting, GST coordination, payments, reconciliations and financial reporting.

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

CANDIDATES FROM LUDHIANA PREFERRED

Age Limit: Above 30 age

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Experience: 2- 4 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred

Salary: ₹20,000- 30,000/month, depending on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Purchase and sales invoice entries
- GST-related work and coordination with CA
- Account reconciliation support
- Tally Prime and ledger maintenance
- Bank and ledger reconciliation
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Vendor payments and payment scheduling
- Tracking customer/vendor outstanding balances
- Bill verification and expense accounting
- Support in preparation of Trial Balance, P&L; and Balance Sheet
- Maintain payment schedules and ensure timely processing
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for GST, audit and statutory requirements
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly accounts reports for management




- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, warehouse and administration teams

Candidate Profile ✔ Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime

✔ Working knowledge of GST and accounting procedures

✔ Good understanding of Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet and ledgers

✔ Strong Excel skills

✔ Experience in bank reconciliation and vendor/customer accounts

✔ Ability to track payments, outstanding amounts and financial timelines

✔ Good attention to detail and documentation

✔ CA/audit coordination experience will be an advantage

✔ Experience in an agriculture/seed company will be an added advantage
