Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries, sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial statements.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding accounting-related matters.




- Assist senior accountants and the finance team during month-end and year-end closing.
- Support audits by providing required documents and information.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Tally, GST returns, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
