About the Role

SS Group is looking for a Legal Executive to support the Legal & Compliance function, with a focus on real-estate legal matters, statutory compliance, documentation, government liaisoning, land due diligence, and litigation coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Handle RERA registration, documentation, compliance, and case-related activities.
Coordinate for building permissions, approvals, and statutory compliances with Nagar Nigam and other government authorities.
Liaise with government departments, banks, advocates, landowners, and other external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and coordinate execution of Sale Deeds, JV Agreements, MOUs, affidavits, and other legal documents.
Coordinate stamp duty, notarization, registration, and related documentation.
Conduct and coordinate land title verification, title searches, Khasra-Khatoni records, chain documents, and site verification.




Support handling and tracking of litigation matters, including Section 138 cases, in coordination with external advocates.
Maintain legal records, case files, project documentation, and compliance records.
Provide legal and documentation support for project approvals, loan clearances, and other business requirements.
Monitor legal and statutory requirements to help identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, authorities, advocates, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
LLB preferred.
Relevant experience in real-estate legal work and government liaisoning will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of legal documentation, statutory compliance, and real-estate procedures.
Robust documentation, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple legal matters and maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
