Key Responsibilities
Support the team in legal research related to insurance laws, IRDAI regulations, and corporate legal matters.
Support the legal team in regulatory filings, compliance activities, and internal stakeholder queries.
Assist in reviewing, drafting, and maintaining legal agreements, contracts, NDAs, and vendor documents.
Assist in maintaining legal records, contract repositories, and documentation trackers.
Eligibility
Final-year or penultimate-year students pursuing LLB - 3-year or 5-year course
Solid understanding of contract law, corporate law, and legal research.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
