Prepare legal responses, documentation, and arguments to resolve these disputes effectively.
Work closely with service and sales teams to gather evidence and resolve issues promptly to minimize escalation.
Monitor updates in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting the automobile industry.
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including supplier agreements, dealership agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
Ensure contracts are legally sound and align with the company's interests.
Represent or coordinate with external legal counsel for lawsuits, disputes, or claims involving the company.
Handle legal aspects related to shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and corporate restructuring.
Facilitate arbitration, mediation, or settlement negotiations in case of disputes.
Handle labor law compliance and employee disputes if required.
