The Opportunity

We are hiring Life Insurance Advisors (Agency Associates) to represent Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance. Whether you want a current career or extra income alongside your current job, this role offers a explicit growth path, strong incentives and full training.

What you will do
Meet and advise individuals and families on life insurance, protection and savings plans
Build your own client base through referrals, networking and social media
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Kotak Life products
Guide customers through documentation, policy issuance and after-sales service
Build and lead your own team of advisors as you grow

Who we are looking for
Prior work experience of any kind (sales, banking, finance, insurance or customer-facing experience is a big plus)
Already employed or running a business and want a solid second income? You are welcome
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Self-motivated, persuasive and comfortable meeting new people
Minimum qualification:



12th pass (as per IRDAI norms)

Earnings and benefits
Minimum income support of up to ₹3,000/month, subject to meeting contract criteria
Monthly Jump Start fee starting at ₹1,000 per Jump Start
Monthly performance incentive of up to 65% on team commission
Double count perk on new advisor business in the first 90 days
Supervisory bonus on your team's business as you grow
Half-yearly bonus with rewards up to ₹2.6 lakh
Monthly CLA bonus of up to ₹10,000
Quarterly performance bonus and monthly retention fee
Elite Advisor (Power Club) allowance up to ₹10,000
