Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive in corporate catering and corporate events (B2B). The role involves identifying and pursuing current corporate clients, generating leads through networking, cold outreach, and digital channels, and presenting catering and event solutions tailored to client requirements.

The Business Development

Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal creation, pricing discussions, and contract closure, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to encourage repeat business.



Daily tasks also include coordinating with operations and catering teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and participating in corporate meetings or events to promote the institute’s offerings.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on B2B corporate catering and corporate events.
Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to handle corporate clients, build long-term relationships, and grow key accounts.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate terms, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Relevant experience in corporate catering, hospitality, events, or B2B services is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Gurugram, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
