Key Responsibilities:
Perform and support Microsoft 365 migration activities for users, mailboxes, and collaboration workloads.
Work on Exchange Online migration from on-premises Exchange or other email platforms to Microsoft 365.
Handle mailbox migration, migration batches, migration endpoints, and migration troubleshooting.
Support migration of OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
Troubleshoot issues related to mail flow, Outlook, mailbox access, permissions, and authentication.
Perform pre-migration assessment, user readiness checks, migration validation, and post-migration support.
Monitor migration progress and resolve failed or stuck migration batches.
Work with Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Handle user accounts, licenses, groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and permissions.
Use PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration and migration-related activities.
Troubleshoot DNS records, Autodiscover, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC issues related to email migration.
Coordinate with L1, L3, network,



security, and application teams for complex issues.
Prepare migration documentation, status reports, and troubleshooting guides.
