Role & responsibilities
Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform basic machine setup and adjustments under supervision.
Monitor machine operation and maintain required production output.
Check product dimensions and quality as per given specifications.
Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine machine care.
Report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, or quality issues to the supervisor.
Follow safety rules, 5S, and company procedures.
Maintain proper housekeeping and work area cleanliness.
Support the production and maintenance team as required.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and measuring instruments.
Ability to read basic drawings/instructions.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Valuable discipline, attendance, and learning attitude.
Safety-conscious and team-oriented.
