Utilize knowledge of ethanol/spirit production process to ensure quality and efficiency in operations.
Monitor and control distillation parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow to maintain consistency.
Implement PLC/DCS-based process control systems for optimal performance.
Conduct ABV measurements and manage the separation of heads, hearts, and tails during distillation.
Ensure proper functioning of steam, condenser, and cooling water systems for distillation processes.
Adhere to GMP, SOP, and safety procedures to uphold quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and maintain distillation equipment, including pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and pipelines.
Perform quality control checks and monitor processes to identify areas for improvement.
Record production data, maintain logs, and assist in inventory management as needed.
