Role & responsibilities
Assist the Logistics team in day-to-day operational activities.
Support coordination with internal teams, vendors, transporters, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and operational reports.
Analyze logistics data and assist in identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics operations.
Support data entry, reporting, and reconciliation activities using MS Office.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely closure.
Take initiative in identifying operational issues and suggesting practical solutions.
Perform other logistics and supply-chain-related activities as assigned by the reporting manager.
